A Little Help in the Lab

I never thought a simple exam could make me so nervous. I sat in the lab waiting room, absently looking at magazines but not really reading anything. My heart was pounding, my hands were sweating, and the feeling of embarrassment seemed to grow with each passing second. I breathed deeply, trying to convince myself it was just a routine exam, but my body wouldn't cooperate.
